Position: Director Plant Operations

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Plant Operations to join our team.
Job Summary:
As the Director of Plant Operations you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the companys manufacturing and production processes. You will lead a team of plant managers and supervisors to ensure that production goals are met quality standards are maintained and operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a fulltime permanent position that offers competitive salary and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans for the companys manufacturing and production operations
Oversee and manage all plant managers and supervisors providing guidance and support to ensure the success of their teams
Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to meet production goals and maintain quality standards
Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
Collaborate with other departments such as sales and finance to develop and execute plans that align with overall business objectives
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Manage budgets and expenses for the plant operations department
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and operations
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business engineering or a related field
Minimum of 810 years of experience in plant operations with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations
Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Experience with budget management and cost control
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
