Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PMP Certified Project Manager with a strong background in Infrastructure Projects to join our dynamic team in Plano TX. This individual will lead and oversee critical infrastructure projects ensuring successful project delivery on time within scope and on budget. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing largescale infrastructure projects strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage infrastructure projects from initiation to completion ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans timelines and deliverables and manage the execution and daytoday operations of the project to meet established goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with internal teams clients vendors and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project objectives risks and progress.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions or delays.
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets ensuring efficient allocation of resources tracking expenses and ensuring the project stays within financial constraints.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables meets organizational standards and client specifications conducting regular project reviews and audits.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure adherence to project management standards policies and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Lead mentor and support crossfunctional project teams fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring team alignment with project objectives.
Qualifications:
- PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) required.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management with a focus on Infrastructure (e.g. IT infrastructure construction network or utilities projects).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering largescale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies tools and techniques (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience managing project budgets timelines and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g. MS Project JIRA or similar).
