Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead a largescale Treasury Migration Project for our organization. This role will be based in either Denver CO or Austin TX and offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic initiatives oversee critical technology upgrades and build a pipeline of impactful projects. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with expertise in program and project management strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in delivering complex enterpriselevel initiatives.

Experience:
- 10 years of experience in program and project management with a focus on largescale enterpriselevel initiatives.
- Demonstrated expertise in Treasury operations and/or financial systems migration projects.
- Proven track record in technology upgrades and strategic initiative delivery.
- Leadership Skills
- Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams manage complex dependencies and drive results in a matrixed environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership.
- Technical Proficiency
- Other Qualifications
- PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable
