- Ensure all projects comply with local state and national regulations.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from government bodies

Government Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials regulatory bodies and policymakers
- Represent the company in meetings conferences and hearings related to renewable energy policies and regulations

- Stay updated on the latest policies laws and regulations affecting the renewable energy sector.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management on regulatory compliance strategies and advocacy efforts

Site Identification:
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for wind projects based on wind resource data environmental impact and community acceptance

Negotiation and Acquisition:
- Negotiate land leases or purchases with landowners.
- Secure land rights and easements necessary for project development

Due Diligence:
- Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure clear land titles and resolve any legal issues.
- Coordinate with legal teams to finalize land acquisition agreements

Community Engagement:
- Engage with local communities to address concerns and gain support for land acquisition.
- Organize public consultations and informational meetings.

Education:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Public Relations Communications Marketing Law Public Policy Environmental Science Business Administration or a related field.

Experience:
- Proven experience in public relations government liaisoning and land acquisition preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong track record of designing and executing successful public relations campaigns.

Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong media relations skills and experience acting as a company spokesperson.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for dealing with government officials and landowners.
