The data analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy consistency and integrity of data across various systems within the organization. This role involves conducting thorough data analysis to identify trends and discrepancies and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to address data needs and enhance data management practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills proficiency in data management tools and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders driving continuous improvement in data quality and governance.
Responsibilities:
1.Interfaces independently with high level stakeholders via meetings emails and phone calls to manage data projects. Gather and document requirements; and to gather sample data throughout all phases of the project to ensure data quality.
2.Works with District agency resources to analyze compile. verify and query data as part of data warehousing services. Develops complex SQL queries used by reporting environments and datadriven dashboard applications Creates metadata and data dictionaries.
3.Designs and documents methods to facilitate the implementation of new database systems. Designs and implements reports using SQL as well as a variety of reporting and business intelligence tools.
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelors degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
