Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst
Location: Remote
Visa Status: GC GC EAD H1B Transfer L2 H4 EAD TN

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with at least 10 years of experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in turning complex data into actionable business insights with deep expertise in BI tools and technologies. As a Senior BI Analyst you will work with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements design and implement BI solutions and deliver reports and dashboards that support key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement BI solutions that effectively communicate business insights to stakeholders across the organization.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Looker etc.) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends patterns and actionable insights that support business growth and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with business teams (e.g. marketing finance operations product) to understand their needs and deliver tailored BI solutions.
- Develop and manage the extraction transformation and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data integrity and availability for analysis.
- Optimize the performance of BI tools and dashboards to ensure speed and reliability for endusers.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of BI reports dashboards and processes for internal use and training.
- Train and mentor junior BI analysts and other team members on best practices tools and techniques.
- Lead the development of predictive models data visualizations and other advanced analytics solutions to help guide decisionmaking.
- Ensure that all BI solutions comply with data governance security and privacy policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Business Analytics or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience working in Business Intelligence with expertise in BI tools reporting and data analysis.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Looker etc.) and the ability to create sophisticated interactive dashboards.
- Strong experience with SQL and relational databases including data extraction manipulation and optimization.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and tools to manage data pipelines and integrations.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies (e.g. Snowflake Redshift SQL Server).
- Deep understanding of business metrics KPIs and performance analysis.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically and translate business needs into BI solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience working with cloudbased BI solutions and platforms (e.g. AWS Google Cloud Azure).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced experience with advanced analytics techniques including predictive modeling machine learning or statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop Spark or similar).
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python R or JavaScript.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
- Previous experience mentoring or managing a team of BI professionals.
