Our client a Lowrise home builder is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team in Vaughan ON
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Contracts:
- Develop scopes of work
- Prepare and present documents for tenders
- Negotiate with trades and suppliers
- Review and compare quotes
- Identify areas for improvement in existing contracting processes
Project Management:
- Develop Schedule A Standard Features for new projects
- Prepare preliminary budgets for marketing purposes
- Review and approval models for construction brochures and black lines
Required Skills:
- At least 210 years experience as a contracts manager in the low rise residential development.
- Must have previous expereince in low rise residential construction in Ontario
- Contraction relation education and or PMP certification
- Review analyze and track all contracts necessary to the residential building process for low rise residential
- Contruction related degree or diploma
- Ability to negotiate and communicate with the trades.
