- Supervising staffSupervising other administrative staff office managers and assistants and providing guidance and training
- Recruiting and hiringRecruiting and hiring new employees and performing orientations and training
- Evaluating performancePerforming employee evaluations and making recommendations on personnel actions
- Maintaining recordsMaintaining records including inventory personnel orders supplies and maintenance documentation
- Coordinating with othersCoordinating with internal and external parties to improve delivery of service
- Providing customer guidanceProviding guidance on all facets of customer communications
- Planning and coordinatingOverseeing the daytoday operations of an office or department including planning coordinating and implementing office support functions
