Responsibilities
- Monitor Operations job board to ensure work request timelines are being met and priority jobs are assigned to staff
- Ensure team is performing superior quality results and following standard operation procedures
- Escalation and resolution of operational issues including history and analysis where necessary
- Development of staff through continued evaluation mentoring and training alongside Operation Department Managers
- Address cross departmental escalations and requests for support
- Hold regular 1:1 meetings with direct reports
- Perform staff performance evaluations as directed
- Timecard review and approval for direct reports
- Timeoff review and approval for direct reports
- Work with Operation Department Managers on staffing needs and perform job interviews to fulfil them
- Maintain strong working knowledge of department processes and standards; ability to perform active work requests
- Foster KLD cultural values across team
- Maintain strong cross global departmental relationships to facilitate efficient teamwork
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in technologyrelated field preferred experience in eDiscovery technical work may be substituted
- 2 years experience managing a technical team of 4 or more employees eDiscovery experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead manage and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Experience in a fastpaced queue driven operations environment
- Good problem solving and problem management skills
- Ability to listen grasp technical concepts and engage during interactive discussions
- Strong computer skills and technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot computer issues and the ability to adapt well in a changing environment
- Good organizational and delegation skills
