Job Summary:
As the Digital Marketing Manager you will oversee and execute digital marketing strategies for ourbrands FBH (Flybed Home) and CSI (Cycle Stand India). You will be responsible for optimising ouronline presence enhancing brand visibility and driving customer engagement through various digitalchannels. Flybed Home is a dynamic and innovative company that specialises in Murphy/ FoldableWall Beds. We are seeking a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to join our team andhelp us achieve our growth objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overallbusiness objectives.
Conduct indepth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities andthreats.
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brandawareness generate leads and drive sales.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and analyze industry trends. Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing
goals. Set clear KPIs and track performance metrics to measure the success of digital marketing
campaigns. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (sales product customer service) to ensure
alignment and synergy.
Content Marketing:
Create & Oversee highquality content creation and distribution across various channels(blog website social media email whatsapp) to engage target audiences.
Develop and implement a content calendar to maintain consistency and optimize contentdelivery. Manage content calendars and editorial schedules.
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve website visibility. Utilize SEO bestpractices to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
Social Media Marketing:
Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (e.g. InstagramFacebook LinkedIn Pinterest & Youtube). Manage and optimize social media channels
(Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter etc.) to build brand awareness and driveengagement.
Create and curate highquality social media content to resonate with the target audience.Create engaging social media content including images videos and text posts.
Monitor social media channels & its conversations and respond to comments and messagespromptly.
Utilize social media analytics to measure and track performance and make datadrivendecisions and optimize campaigns.
Email Marketing:
Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and driveconversions.
Segment contact/ email lists to deliver targeted messages and personalize the userexperience via Email & WhatsApp messages.
A/B test different email subject lines content and CTAs to optimize performance. Track email open rates clickthrough rates and conversion rates to measure campaign
effectiveness.
Paid Advertising:
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads social media platformsand other relevant channels to reach a wider audience.
Set clear campaign objectives and budgets to maximize ROI. Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach the right audience at the right time. Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to improve results.
Website Optimization:
Collaborate with the web development team to optimize the website for user experience andSEO.
Track website analytics to identify areas for improvement.
User Experience (UX) Optimization:
UserFriendly Navigation: Create a clear and intuitive navigation menu. Fast Loading Times: Optimize website speed to improve user experience. MobileFirst Design: Prioritize mobilefriendly design for optimal user experience on
smartphones and tablets. Clear Calls to Action: Use prominent and persuasive calls to action to guide users. A/B Testing: Continuously test different website elements to optimize conversions and user
engagement.
SEO:
OnPage SEO Optimization:
Keyword Research: Identify relevant keywords and phrases to target. Title Tag and Meta Description Optimization: Create compelling and keywordrich titles
and descriptions for each page. Header Tag Optimization: Use H1 H2 and H3 tags to structure content and improve
readability. Content Optimization: Create highquality informative and keywordoptimized content.
Image Optimization: Compress images to improve page load speed and optimize alt text forSEO.
Internal Linking: Create a strong internal linking structure to improve website navigation andSEO.
Technical SEO Optimization:
MobileFriendliness: Ensure the website is mobileresponsive and userfriendly on alldevices.
Page Speed Optimization: Minimize page load time by optimizing images reducing HTTPrequests and leveraging browser caching.
XML Sitemap: Create and submit an XML sitemap to search engines to help them crawl andindex the website.
Robots.txt: Use a robots.txt file to control which pages search engines can crawl. URL Structure: Create clean keywordrich and userfriendly URLs.
OffPage SEO Optimization:
Backlink Building: Acquire highquality backlinks from reputable websites. Social Media Marketing: Promote the website on social media platforms to increase brand
visibility and drive traffic. Local SEO: Optimize the website for local search by claiming and verifying Google My
Business listings.
Sales Team Coordination:
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and strategies. Provide marketing materials and support to enhance the sales process and performance.
Editing Graphics:
Oversee the creation and editing of graphic content for use across digital platforms. Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
Automation Creation:
Implement automation tools for marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize web analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.) to track website traffic user behavior andconversion rates.
Generate regular performance reports to share insights with the team and leadership. Analyze data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the digital marketing budget. Allocate funds to different channels and campaigns based on performance and ROI. Track expenses and optimize budget allocation to maximize results.
By effectively managing these responsibilities a Digital Marketing Manager can significantlycontribute to the growth and success of the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing Advertising or a related field. 810 years of experience in digital marketing. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO SEM social media Email
& WhatsApp marketing and content marketing. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics software (e.g. Google Analytics
Google Ads social media analytics tools). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently for the Brand.
