We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategy Manager to help shape and drive the longterm strategic vision within the ICT (Information and Communications Technology) sector. This role involves strategic planning industry analysis ecosystem development and engagement in highprofile industry summits and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Development:
- Formulate and execute medium to longterm strategic plans that align with the organizations goals and the evolving trends of the ICT industry.
- Continuously assess market conditions emerging technologies and competitive landscapes to ensure strategic relevance.

Industry Policy Analysis:
- Analyze ICT industry policies and provide strategic advice to support the development of a sustainable and innovative industry ecosystem.
- Collaborate with policymakers industry bodies and thought leaders to stay informed of regulatory changes and industry advancements.

Event and Marketing Execution:
- Plan and manage the execution of major industry summits conferences and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Ensure these events enhance the organizations visibility and foster meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.

Industry Representation and Thought Leadership:
- Act as a spokesperson for the organizations strategy and vision within the ICT industry.
- Present at industry events conferences and forums to communicate the organizations strategic goals and market insights effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Educational Background:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Communications Computer Science Business Administration or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

Professional Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in strategic planning telecom industries digital transformation initiatives or enterprise marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing industry strategies especially in the ICT or telecom sectors.

Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with international stakeholders and industry partners.

Strategic Insight:
- Strong analytical skills to assess industry trends forecast developments and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and deliver clear concise strategic recommendations.

Industry Engagement:
- Experience in building industry ecosystems and organizing largescale industry events or summits.
- Background in telecommunications ICT marketing or corporate brand development is highly desirable.
