In charge of business development/sales quota.
Develop short medium and longterm business plans strategies and solutions within the assigned functions.
Work with BOM to define goals of the sales department.
Manage KPIs plans and resources of the department.
Enhance the client lifecycle for Company s clients covering prospecting pitching closing relationship building and account growth.
Arrange & assign tasks for team members.
Proactively suggest improvements to develop human resources improve productivity in the department as well as throughout the company.
At least 5 years of experience working in Sales Marketing and 3 years at management level.
Have a "Can do" attitude.
Excellent presentation business email writing and negotiation skills.
Confident in English communication and networking skills including facetoface meeting video conference social media and email.
Experience with IT outsourcing is an advantage.
Excellent people/team management skills.
