Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for finishing works including material and labor.
Monitor and control project budgets to ensure profitability.
Coordinate with the procurement team for timely delivery of finishing materials.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and construction estimation tools.
