Now we re seeking an exceptional individual to spearhead a new revenue stream and elevate our inventory distribution to a global scale.



Position Overview: We are looking for an intelligent numbersdriven professional with a sharp eye for opportunities to fill the role of Luxury Watch Inventory Strategist. This is not a typical sourcing role this position is pivotal in connecting our inventory with the right markets unlocking untapped revenue and fostering highvalue relationships across wholesale and retail channels. The ideal candidate is not only organized and detailoriented but also capable of navigating highstakes negotiations and eventually handling sixfigure deals independently.



Key Responsibilities:

Wholesale Inventory Distribution: Actively post TNS Diamonds inventory in dealer group chats across platforms such as WhatsApp Telegram and Facebook ensuring maximum exposure to other dealers and creating a new stream of wholesale revenue.

Inventory Sourcing for Clients: Quickly locate specific watches for clients by leveraging dealer networks and staying attuned to market activity.

Community Building: Establish and manage a WhatsApp community for retail clients and social media followers offering exclusive first dibs on new arrivals.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with dealers and retail clients to build trust and foster longterm partnerships.

Revenue Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to meet ambitious sales targets with the potential for uncapped bonuses based on performance.



Requirements

Qualifications:

Exceptional intelligence and ability to think critically under pressure.

Proven proficiency with numbers financial analysis or similar quantitative skills.

Strong communication skills and the confidence to negotiate highvalue deals.

Passion for luxury watches and a keen understanding of the market.

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with minimal oversight.

Advanced Excel skills and adaptability to learn new systems and tools.

Experience in sales sourcing or finance is a plus but not required.
