Job Description
Pay Range: $16.70 $19.65 per hour
- Maintain computerized preventative maintenance management systems data entry of PM and workorder.
- Establish maintain and assemble PM bill of material parts as scheduled.
- Create PM planning inventory and maintenance reports.
- Fill out accurate and complete purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Receive stock and issue storeroom parts.
- Research and expedite parts as requested.
- Maintain storeroom and parts receiving area in an organized and uncluttered condition.
- Perform cycle counts as required to maintain accurate inventory.
Qualifications :
- 1 to 2 years experience in inventory control preferably in a maintenance environment.
- 1 to 2 years of extensive computer experience required.
- Purchasing knowledge highly beneficial.
- Possess good phone communication and organizational skills.
- Possess basic mechanical knowledge.
- Must be able to read write legibly and communicate in English.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work off a ladder.
- Must possess a valid California Drivers License and provide proof of automobile insurance.
- Must be able to function in a fastpaced environment and be capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Able to stand for a prolong periods of time on a concrete/metal grate floor.
- Good verbal and written communication Skills
- High School diploma some college accounting courses helpful.
- Computer Literacy (Strong Excel and database)
- SAP experience preferred.
- Tenkey by touch.
