Job Description
Our esteemed client a globally recognized MNC is searching for a Regional Executive (Service Infrastructure Support):
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible with tabulation and reporting of monthly warranty support cost across Companys Sales Companies and Product categories.
- Responsible with Budget Planning and Forecast for warranty support cost.
Analyse the reason of gap (if any) between Actualized spending vs Planning. - Responsible on data update and maintenance in warranty cost recording system (TM1 SAP)
- Support the setup of extended warranty package and price for Companys products.
- Support respective Business Units GoTo Market strategies with the right compliant and efficient processes.
- Support extended warranty cost and profitability reporting and analysis.
- Provide prompt support to the management and team for any other assignments/duties that are required
based on business needs - Timely submission of AS cost monthly/BP/FC reporting to Finance.
- Provide quality review/analysis/reporting of Warranty cost.
- Ensuring ESCs and Product Group cost ratio are actualized to target
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business/Finance/Management
- Minimum 5 years aftersales service especially within the scope of cost forecast/
management and extended warranty related function. - Strong data analysis skill especially dealing with cost/ profit.
- Good collaboration communication (verbal/written) and presentation skill.
- Possess problemsolving and continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Dashboard (Power BI/Lumira).
- Working experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
