Our esteemed client an establised MNC is searching for a Relationship Manager (Property) Sales Department:
Job Responsibilities
- Seek out potential clients and business prospects for secured lending (Property).
- Actively promote the companys range of financial products and offer guidance on loans to address customer financing requirements.
- Maintain steady growth and achieve preset business targets.
- Proactive monitoring of portfolio accounts to achieve maximum profitability and identify new business opportunities.
- Strengthen involvement with key partners and proactively build and manage longterm partnerships
- Prepare credit proposals involving financial analysis.
- Partake in sales and marketing activities in generating prospects.
- Identify develop and implement marketing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management Finance or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the account management sales or sales support roles
- Possess SME loan experience and relevant contacts (with SMEs and Loan brokers) to source for loan deals.
- Experience in term loans and mortgage loans is a plus
