Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the service quality to ensure customer / experience / service quality meet the standard.
- Follow up on customers enquiries requests and feedback with customers and internal stakeholder.
- Review and enhance processes and procedures to ensure efficiency of the operation.
- Deliver a professional prompt and high quality service experience to customers and internal stakeholder over emails and walkin.
- Make outgoing calls to customers.
- Resolve complicated / escalated issues.
- Handling time for Customer care Centre
- Ability to work under pressure and manage customers expectations.
Job Requirements:
- Min 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Teamwork independent excellent verbal and written communication skills problem solving skills good interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 2500 Bonus
- Working Location: East
