Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for an Assistant Officer (Renovation):
Job Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of equipment to provide technical support for renovation work.
- Assist in establishing standard procedures for renovation projects.
- Support the creation of technical manuals and standard operating guidelines.
- Ensure renovation work is executed according to the planned schedule.
- Coordinate renovation schedules with supervisors for smooth execution.
- Prepare purchase requisitions for required materials or subcontractor services.
- Liaise with clients to arrange renovation work schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure adherence to work timelines.
- Report departmental matters to the supervisor as required.
- Collaborate with other departments and international teams on renovationrelated matters.
- Prepare maintain and submit documentation related to renovation activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor renovation progress.
- Assist in investigating incidents or damages and prepare necessary reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with environmental policies waste reduction initiatives and Workplace Safety & Health Act (WSHA) regulations.
- Adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality management system requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or any relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3300 AWS VB (1 2 Months)
- Working Location: Jurong East
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
