Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Field Application Engineer (Taiwan Market):
Job Responsibilities
- Offer comprehensive technical support to customers and internal teams ensuring smooth implementation and integration of our products.
- Collaborate closely with customers to deeply understand their requirements recommend tailored solutions and assist in product selection. Your technical input will be crucial in addressing their specific needs.
- Continuously study the latest industry trends and conduct indepth competitor analysis to provide insights for product development. You will also contribute to shaping the longterm product development roadmap.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Excellent communication abilities to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and external clients with the goal of delivering highquality customer experiences.
- Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4500 AWS VB (2 Months)
- Working Location: Bedok
