Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Logistics Executive:
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipments with transportation providers freight forwarders and thirdparty logistics partners to ensure highquality timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to secure timely deliveries and achieve operational KPIs.
- Provide regular status updates on domestic and international shipments to support internal teams and external customers.
- Collaborate with finance business partners freight forwarders and thirdparty logistics providers for accurate shipment arrangements documentation cargo release and final deliveries.
- Work closely with freight and ocean forwarders to schedule shipments track status and ensure timely delivery.
- Collect analyze and report logistics data; collaborate with stakeholders to improve metrics and KPIs for efficient logistics management.
- Conduct monthly analyses of shipping data and present findings to management for informed decisionmaking.
- Perform trend analysis to identify needed corrective actions and drive implementation of improvements based on findings.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing daily logistics operations.
- Manage the freight bidding process by preparing RFQs analyzing bids from carriers/providers negotiating rates and selecting costeffective transportation solutions.
- Lead logistics project activities through Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives to achieve organizational goals in collaboration with logistics project teams.
- Facilitate collaborative logistics activities by coordinating meetings among regional factories to promote information sharing process improvement and innovation.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement in logistics practices across factory locations in Asia while encouraging creativity.
- Ensure accuracy of product HS Codes and tariff descriptions by referencing Japans HS codes; collaborate with Sales and Regional management for updates or changes.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements related to shipping practices.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma or degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Min 23 years in logistics or supply chain ideally within the manufacturing sector.
- Ability to analyze logistics data for informed decisionmaking.
- Experience in negotiating rates with carriers and service providers.
- Knowledge of Excel PowerPoint and Word is required.
- Knowledge of DX/BPR/RPA Systems: Familiarity with these systems is advantageous.
- Understanding of Regulatory Requirements: Knowledge of customs regulations shipping laws and compliance standards relevant to logistics.

- Salary: Up to SGD 4300 AWS VB (Around 2 Months)
- Working Location: North
