Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Finance Executive Position:
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out forecasts on divisions business financial planning and budget management function.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthend closing (estimation and actual profit & loss) and preparation of financial reports.
- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
- Prepare month end closing report.
- Prepare budget midterm and kick off presentation.
- Monitor monthly expenses/ marginal profit and business profit result to enhance organizational effectiveness by getting the organization become more result focused.
- Monitor quantitative and qualitative result and ensure team function successfully.
- Monitor overdue debts and credit control management.
- Responsible for finance teams growth work schedule and coach & supervise new employees.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong proficiency in accounting systems Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applications.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4500 AWS VB
- Working Location: Joo Koon
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (5 days work week) 7:50am to 4:55pm
