Job Description
Our esteemed client an established company is searching for a Sales Executive:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee accounts for traditional market customers including coffee shops wet markets hawker stalls and more.
- Handle daily customer orders ensuring all orders are received by the ordering department and coordinating closely with the ordering team.
- Utilize specific software programs to manage the sales process effectively.
- Address daily customer service inquiries and complaints collaborating with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.
- Monitor customer payment terms closely ensuring timely payments and preventing overdue amounts in line with contract agreements.
- Collect customer payments and ensure all accounts remain uptodate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while meeting daily weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Actively participate in sales team meetings and contribute to achieving team goals.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum OLevel qualification.
- 23 years of sales experience in the traditional market (e.g. coffee shops wet markets hawker stalls etc.).
- Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license (company transport provided).
Additional Information:
- Working Location: Senoko
- Working Hours: 5 days Monday Friday (8:30am5:30pm)
- Salary: Basic Up to $3500 Allowance Commission

Budget is $3000 to $3500 basic salary. The candidates need to have Class 3 driving license and own car. If candidate do not have own vehicle company will provide company van hence there will be no transport allowance.
The package will be:
- Basic salary: $3000 to $3500 (based on experience)
- Transport allowance: $1500 monthly (covers petrol parking cash card)
- Commission: Average $800 to $1000 monthly if hit KPI. But we pay Commission quarterly.
- Sales roles are on Commission scheme so not on bonus scheme.
