Position Overview: As a Data Scientist Intern you will work closely with our data science and analytics teams to analyze large datasets develop predictive models and gain insights that help drive strategic business decisions. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to apply their skills in a practical fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in collecting cleaning and processing large datasets from various sources.
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends patterns and anomalies.
Help develop train and evaluate machine learning models for predictive analysis.
Use statistical techniques to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
Visualize data using tools like Python R or other data visualization platforms.
Assist in presenting findings to the team and contribute to reports and presentations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate datadriven solutions into business processes.
Stay uptodate with the latest trends in data science machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Requirements:
Any graduate or Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python R or SQL.
Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g. Pandas NumPy Scikitlearn).
Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
Knowledge of data visualization tools like Matplotlib Seaborn or Tableau is a plus.
Strong problemsolving skills and an analytical mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly and effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Google Cloud or Azure) is a plus.
Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch) is a plus.
Exposure to big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop Spark) is a plus.
