Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a IT Project Manager responsible for overseeing the endtoend management of IT projects with specific deliverables including detailed documentation (such as specifications and test plans) and highquality software products.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
This role requires meticulous planning and execution to ensure that project objectives are met within the defined scope timeline and budget constraints.
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans and manage timelines resources budget and milestones to ensure successful project completion.
Documentation Management:
- Oversee the creation of detailed specifications and test plans ensuring all documentation is accurate and meets industry standards.
Leadership and communication:
- Lead the different IT teams facilitate effective communication and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress.
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and progress and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Software Delivery:
- Coordinate with the development teams to ensure software products meet specified requirements and quality standards managing the entire software development lifecycle.
Risk and Quality Management:
- Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring all deliverables undergo rigorous quality assurance processes.
Migration Strategy :
- Develop and secure a comprehensive migration strategy to ensure a smooth transition to the live environment.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to manage data migration and system integration.
- Ensure the first days of production go smoothly addressing any issues promptly and providing followup support to stabilize the new system.
