Job Description
Immediately Required Male Draughtsman (Batching Plants) with Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Drafting and Work Experience of Minimum of 24 years as a draughtsman preferably in heavy machinery or equipment design.
1. Job Purpose
The Draughtsman will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed technical drawings and plans for batching plants. The role supports the design team by converting concepts and designs into precise engineering drawings ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
2. Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed technical drawings and blueprints for batching plant
equipment and components. Revise drawings based on engineering changes or production feedback.
Must Have skills
Maintain and update drawing records ensuring consistency and version control. Work closely with design engineers to translate design concepts into clear and accurate technical drawings. Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and company procedures.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing Bill of Materials (BOM) based on design drawings. Provide drawing support for product modifications and improvements
Certifications/Licenses:
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. Solid Edge AutoCAD) is required.
Special Skills:
Strong technical drawing and drafting skills.
Attention to detail and ability to interpret engineering designs
