We have a requirement for Piping Draughtsman
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Piping Drawings:
- Create detailed accurate piping designs schematics and layouts using CAD software (AutoCAD
- Develop piping diagrams for plant layouts process systems and equipment installation.
- Piping System Design and Layout:
- Produce isometric drawings piping plans and sections for piping systems based on project specifications.
- Ensure the efficient layout of piping systems that comply with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare equipment layout drawings and related piping details as required by engineers and project teams.
- Collaboration with Engineers and Design Teams:
- Work closely with mechanical engineers project managers and other design professionals to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions from design teams to ensure piping layouts meet project objectives.
- Piping Materials and Components Selection:
- Assist in determining the appropriate materials sizes and components for piping systems.
- Update drawings based on changes in materials or design specifications.
- Assist with Project Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including revisions change orders and drawings.
- Support project management teams in creating reports cost estimates and schedules.
- Quality Control and Design Reviews:
- Review designs for accuracy constructability and feasibility.
- Perform quality checks on completed drawings to ensure they meet project specifications and are errorfree
