Production Support Analyst DevOps/Cloud
Remote
Expected Contract Length: 12 months with possibility of extension

Position Overview:
Were seeking a Production Support Analyst to join an innovative team responsible for monitoring and maintaining critical financial applications. This role combines DevOps practices with production support in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain complex financial services applications
- Manage incidents using ServiceNow and JIRA
- Implement and configure DevOps and DevSecOps tools
- Work with AWS and GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Develop and maintain automation solutions
- Collaborate with engineering teams on operational improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Associates degree in IT Computer Science or related field
- 02 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Git and source control systems
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Basic understanding of AWS services
- Strong problemsolving abilities
