PersonalInjury Attorney
Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a boutique plaintiff civil litigation firm near the Glendale Galleria. We are looking for an experienced personal injury attorney to help further grow the firm.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Will have 3 6 years of California Litigation experience
- Preferred experience includes Car Accidents Truck Accident Premises Liability Traumatic Brain Injury Wrongful Death Uber &Lyft Accidents
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases including prelitigation and litigation phases.
- Conduct legal research draft pleadings discovery motions and trial briefs.
- Take and defend depositions including expert witness depositions.
- Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court proceedings arbitrations and mediation.
- Provide excellent client communication and maintain case updates.
- Work closely with the legal team to ensure efficient case management and resolution
REQUIREMENTS:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the California State Bar.
- 36 years of experience handling personal injury cases with an emphasis on litigation.
- Strong knowledge of California personal injury law and trial procedures.
- Proven experience drafting motions pleadings and conducting depositions.
- Excellent oral advocacy negotiation and litigation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail analytical skills and problemsolving abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and obtaining favorable outcomes.
- Trial experience not required

- $150000 $225000 Salary
