About the role

The Thought Leadership Strategist is responsible for the strategic oversight and delivery of client Thought Leadership campaigns.

You will take a leading role in devising and delivering integrated research and content campaigns that help our clients convey their expertise insight and client understanding.

Your primary responsibility will be to translate our clients business objectives into insightful and actionable research crisp and enlightening thought leadership with an activation plan which delivers measurable results.

You will also be responsible for working with internal and external contributors to ensure the quality of deliverables and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Scoping and planning

• Supporting Client Practices in the development of compelling Thought Leadership proposals which achieve clients business objectives
• Leading the discovery phase of Thought Leadership projects including desk research whitespace analysis workshop facilitation and pointofview development

Delivery

• Scoping and designing survey research projects that support clients marketing objectives including survey specification design hypothesis development and questionnaire design
• Designing and overseeing qualitative research
• Using quantitative and qualitative research to develop compelling narratives
• Working with subjectmatter experts to ensure projects have credibility and relevance to their target audiences
• Briefing research providers writers and designers to ensure deliverables meet project objectives and meet required standards of quality
• Working with Client Practices and other colleagues on the planning development and delivery of activation strategies that deliver against clients marketing objectives
• Alongside Thought Leadership Producers planning and project managing client work including scope brief budget team deliverables schedules KPIs etc.
• Take ultimate responsibility for the quality and effectiveness of all Thought Leadership campaigns you are managing thinking creatively and acting proactively to ensure clients objectives and expectations are met

Best Practice

• Contributing to the development of best practice approaches for Thought Leadership Strategy.

Innovation

• Research and recommend new research and content strategies
• Contribute to the development of new Thought Leadership service offerings

Qualifications / Experience

• A strong understanding of how Thought Leadership contributes to clients business objectives a keen understanding of both research and storytelling solid experience in project delivery.
