As the Team Lead Inbound (m/f/d) you are the heart of our logistics process ensuring that each item lands in the right placewith passion and structure! You will take responsibility for your team and create an environment where your colleagues can develop and exceed their own expectations.

Your tasks:
- Leading and motivating the team including regular feedback meetings.
- Ensuring successful onboarding of new team members.
- Planning coordinating and optimizing inbound processes.
- Monitoring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Close collaboration with other departments and external partners.
- Handson support during bottlenecks in daily operations.
- Creating and analyzing reports on performance metrics (KPIs).
- Capacity and shift planning to ensure smooth operations.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Training the team on new procedures and best practices.
What convinces us about you:
- Ideally a completed apprenticeship in warehouse logistics or a similar field
- Work experience in warehousing
- Leadership experience and a forklift license are a plus
- Physical resilience and reliability
- Team player and a meticulous work ethic
- Proficiency in German and English
