Tasks
- Location Delhi (Dont apply if you are not based in this location)
- Oversee and manage construction activities at the site to ensure compliance with architectural plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects engineers and contractors to address any issues or changes in project scope and schedule.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed by all personnel on site conducting regular inspections and safety meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress including daily logs reports and documentation of any delays or incidents.
- Communicate effectively with the project management team to provide updates on project status and any potential risks or challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site supervision or construction management.
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering plans with the ability to interpret them accurately.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage onsite teams and liaise with project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for efficient project tracking and reporting.
