Only one year after launch Freda got nominated best frozen pizza in Germany by Stiftung Warentest out of 21 frozen pizza brands! But we wont stop here.
We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) who will join us on our mission to transform the frozen food industry by building the first premium frozen food brand lets get started!
Tasks
THE ROLE
We are now looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to work directly with the founder team and all stakeholders on operational and strategic projects. We are looking for this role to be based in Berlin Munich or Passau Germany.
WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH
- Work closely with the founders on daytoday operations and longterm highimpact projects
- Spearhead special projects and your own strategic initiatives such as developing the expansion strategy and identifying new ventures sales channels or markets
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform decisionmaking
- Develop and implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity across the organization
- Collaborate with teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Analytical mindset really good with numbers and strong analytical logic and rigor
- Both a strategic thinker and a handson mentality
- Ability to speak directly with customers suppliers partners and investors and take the initiative to get involved
- Excellent academic background in Business Administration Economics or equivalent
- A winning personality with strong people and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
- 2 years of experience in a highly competitive environment such as Management Consulting Investment Banking Venture Capital or a highgrowth startup
