Job Description:
Youll have the autonomy to manage your own schedule drive your sales pipeline and execute effective marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our personal development products and services. Youll be working independently yet will have continuous access to support guidance and training to help you reach your goals and further develop your skills. Your role will be key in helping us grow our client base and expand our reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales: Take initiative to identify engage and qualify leads while nurturing relationships and closing sales.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan execute and optimise digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (social media email marketing SEO) to drive brand awareness and generate highquality leads.
- DataDriven Decisions: Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns adjusting strategies to optimise results and ROI.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients ensuring an exceptional experience and high levels of satisfaction.
- Ongoing CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track client interactions manage leads and monitor campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the workforce not suitable for graduates
- SelfMotivated: Ability to work independently manage your own schedule and take ownership of your performance and success.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage with clients prospects and team members effectively both written and verbally.
