Job Description
CK Group are recruiting for a Scientific Administrator, to join a global leading food brand company, at their site based in Reading, on a contract basis for 6 months.
Salary:
12.39 per hour PAYE.

Salary:

Scientific Administrator Role:
- Ensure samples are logged into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure the efficient throughput of samples in CSA from receipt to laboratory.
- Work to the highest standards of safety and quality by ensuring that appropriate COSHHs, risk assessments and SOPs are understood and followed.
- Sample pot labelling and quotations, sub-sampling of supplied samples (if required).
- Liaise with customers to ensure correct information is available. Ensure customer satisfaction by acting as an interface with customers and deliver excellent customer service.
Your Background:
- Understand and work to the requirements of GMP and UKAS or Home Office regulations as required.
- Educated to A-level / HNC level (or equivalent) and / or have appropriate industry experience to be able to fulfil role requirements.
- Administrative working experience.
- Computer literate in standard MS office applications.
- Experience in a GMP environment strongly preferred.
