- Having Experience of sheet metal specifically of Axle product
- Experience of Weld shop MIG welding
- A keen planner and hard core shop floor person managing Production planning process improvements cost control throughout the career.
- Lead the implementation of new systems and process improvement measures like POKAYOKEKAIZEN & 5S etc.
- Highly practical and team oriented approach in functioning and meeting the objectives of the organization.
- Productivity improvement by implementing Lean Manufacturing
- Daily Production Management Manpower Management and cost reduction of all departments
- A Leading position in a professional organization utilizing engineering personal and administrative skills.
- Cost Saving by removing nonvalue added activities.
