(i) Liaising with different recruitment agencies
(ii) Coordinate with different departments of the organization in order to gather information about the manpower requirement of the organization.
(iii) Maintaining candidates database
(iv) Conducting interviews
Job Specification
1. Must possess a strong communication skill
2. Must be well versed with the recruitment procedure.
3. Must have at least 2 years of experience
4. Must be flexible enough to adopt the working culture.
Qualification : Any Graduate with 25 years of experience in recruitment
Education
Master s or Bachelor s degree with a concentration in marketing.
