Roles and Responsibilities
- accountable for the production of outputs and operating activities for food products.
- Maintaining records related to Food Safety and Traceability
- Should be able to track Both Farming and Processing Activities
- Manage all activities related to Customer Audits Organic ISO and Food Safety Audits
- Manage and coordinate a companywide regulatory guidance training and compliance effort
- Develop corrective/preventative (continuous quality improvement) action plans
- Responsible for the microbiological and analytical disposition of all raw materials and products harvested and packed in the plant
- Help to develop and monitor a program of consistent product presentation to support the brand and corporate image

Requirements
Education: Must hold a Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in a relevant field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word is essential.
