Partner Marketing Manager
As a Partner Marketing Manager your primary responsibility is to develop and manage marketing strategies that align with the companys business goals and cater to the needs of our valued partners. Youll collaborate closely with our partners to create highquality content enhance brand awareness and foster knowledge and consideration of Organization within this ecosystem of our prospects as well as customers. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to execute agreedupon initiatives nurture the partner relationship and influence funnel/pipe ultimately establishing Organization as a market leader. These initiatives span a wide range from increased brand awareness and credibility to lead generation sales and overall business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Establish the organization as the Partner of Choice:
Enhance brand perception and drive demand across target customers media channels ecosystem partners and industry analysts.
Position the organization as the preferred partner in the market for the joint offerings Cloud Gen AI Data Apps
2. Integrated Joint Marketing Plan:
Design develop and execute an integrated joint marketing plan aligned with our business & partners common goals.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including agencies
Regularly refine the plan to align with the organization & the partner strategies as well as overall business objectives.
3. Content Development:
Work closely with partners to create joint thought leadership pieces case studies videos solution collaterals press releases and internal communications.
Evaluate the effectiveness of content and adjust as needed.
4. Lead generation campaigns:
Develop joint marketing omni channel campaigns to stimulate demand and generate leads
ABM campaigns
Track monitor and report the performance of the campaigns
5. Event Execution:
Create a joint event calendar in agreement with the partner to drive brand awareness and on ground engagement with existing and Greenfield accounts
Identify develop and execute both virtual and inperson events aligned with the joint marketing plan.
6. Budget Management and Reporting:
Track marketing budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide internal and partner organizations with regular reports on marketing outcomes.
Management of MDF partner portal and knowledge lead flow and tracking
7. Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work collaboratively with marketing teams partner organizations and business colleagues.
Candidates Profile :
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
14 years of integrated marketing experience with Partner/Alliances marketing preferred
Ability to narrate interesting and relevant stories that stand out from the clutter while retaining the core joint solution value proposition.
Strong preference for experience in working with one or more partners or original equipment manufacturers (OEMs)
Ability to build strategic perspective influence and ability to execute it.
Understanding of the various funds available from partners and how to optimize usage of the same
Thorough understanding of contentled brand development principles partner marketing frameworks techniques and best practices.
