Day 1 onsite from Lake Forest CA
Roles and Responsibilities:
Technical ownership of embedded system / subsystem complete life cycle development complying to required process standards
Solution design of system / subsystem development interfaces integration and unit testing strategy
Evaluate business and technical requirements and identify new architecture and solutions.
Work directly with stakeholders to create highquality products that solve customer problems.
Handson in development and capable of trouble shooting technical issues of the team Technical review expertise and guides team members towards optimal and efficient solution.
Exposure working with distributed teams to meet the common objective
Direct customer interface for technical review status reporting
Provide work estimates and conduct design implementation and code reviews
Preferred skills and experience
Extensive experience and strong in Embedded C & C programming
Extensive experience in RTOS with board support packages for ARM and x86 platforms
Proven experience in embedded systems design with preemptive multitasking realtime operating systems
Excellent knowledge of OS coding techniques IP protocols interfaces and hardware subsystems
7 years of core embedded SW development experience
Programming in C
Working with RTOSbased applications (Example: ThreadX or FreeRTOS)
Working with the Microcontrollers
Developing lowlevel drivers (I2C SPI UART CAN ADCs DACs) to interface with electromechanical components motors displays sensors etc
Debug tools IDEs InCircuit Emulators Understanding of schematics to troubleshoot the HW issues
Lab tools Multimeters signal generators oscilloscopes logic analyzers
Testing Writing and Executing Unit/Integration Test cases fixing bugs through the static code analysis and troubleshooting through the HW.
