Responsibilities:
Stock and Inventory Management
Maintain and track inventory of office supplies ensuring timely procurement to avoid shortages.
Asset Management
Maintain a database of assets allocated to employees ensuring they are functional and conducting regular checks.
Petty Expenses Management
Track office expenses including petty cash and reimbursements ensuring accurate records.
HR Support
Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating training sessions.
Facility Management
Oversee office cleanliness maintenance and ensure premises are wellmaintained.
External Correspondence
Handle communication professionally via emails calls and official letters.
General Office Operations
Ensure the smooth functioning of the office and support additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Prior experience in facility and vendor management is a plus.
Strong organizational multitasking and timemanagement skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
Proven ability to manage and track expenses effectively.
