- Handling customer escalations and grievances Chat/email/call support
- Calling new customers and existing customers for sale
- Provide customer support to clients through both voice and nonvoice channels
- Attending Inbound Calls in Hindi Answering Customer Queries Ensuring Customer Respect & Satisfaction
- Maintain accounting documentation including invoices receipts and reports
