The role involves high volume calling coupled with attractive monthly incentives! The candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects while maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and Surpass the companys expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Driving inquiries & admissions for the online/blended learning programs offered by Fireblaze.
- Looking after the entire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of wellqualified leads till the final conversion i.e. enrolment in the program.
- Counselling experienced professionals via call email or inperson on which course will be useful to their career progression and suggest the best options.
- Updating and maintaining MIS reports.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes concerns and aspirations
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
- Excellent written & spoken English and pitching skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learning speed and a passion for sales
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- A high school degree.

Proven experience as a social media marketer or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education
