Roles and Responsibilities.
Cabin Crew / Air Hostess
Welcome passengers on board and ensure a comfortable and safe journey.
Deliver exceptional inflight customer service including serving meals and addressing passenger inquiries.
Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
Handle medical emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
Maintain professional grooming standards and represent the airline s image positively.
Ground Staff
Assist passengers with checkin boarding and baggage handling processes.
Provide information about flight schedules delays and airport facilities.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
Coordinate with security teams for passenger safety and smooth airport operations.
Ensure compliance with airport rules and airline policies.
Eligibility Criteria
Cabin Crew / Air Hostess
Age: 18 40 years
Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Height: Minimum 155 cm (female) / 170 cm (male)
Weight: Proportionate to height
Appearance: Wellgroomed with a pleasing personality
Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
Ground Staff
Age: 18 40 years
Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; a diploma/degree in aviation or hospitality is a plus
Skills: Strong communication problemsolving abilities and customer service orientation
Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi (other languages are an advantage)
