Responsibilities:
Advocate for customers by capturing feature requests and feedback.
Supervise the customer service team and provide guidance and support as needed.
Configure basic software elements and coordinate complex data migrations or custom integrations.
Provide critical insights to the product team as a means to improve our developing platform.
Creates customer service processes and procedures.
Completes customer service analytics reports.
Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve service.
Prepare implementation plans with project milestones for custom projects.
Implement specific strategies for both sales and customer service.
Requirements
Requirements:
2 years relevant experience in support customer success account management sales or similar roles.
Proven track record of customer service excellence.
Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain products.
Analytical skills for creative problemsolving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Able to work in a fastpaced environment
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
