We are seeking a skilled and certified OnBase professional with experience in the financial domain. The ideal candidate will manage configure and optimize OnBase solutions to meet organizational needs ensuring seamless integration with business processes. Key responsibilities include system administration troubleshooting and providing technical support for OnBase platforms within the financial services environment.
Required Skills:
- OnBase certification (Administrator or equivalent).
- Strong experience in the financial domain.
- Expertise in OnBase configuration implementation and support.
- Familiarity with document management and workflow solutions.
- Problemsolving and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
Provide onsite technical support for Client data center and equipment to ensure continuous availability. Perform troubleshooting, escalations, and resolve incidents and problems when detected. Interface with various support teams and vendors to ensure appropriate resolution during system outages or periods of reduced performance. Able to innovate and make decisions on his/her own, but also know how to take direction when given, paying attention to all details involved.
