- Monitor internal HR systems and databases
- Addressing any employee relations issues
- Overseeing the hiring process which includes coordinating job posts reviewing resumes and performing reference checks
- Help the organization remain legally compliant
- Designing HR Policies compensation and benefits package
- Supporting all functions of the business to work together
- Delegate responsibilities and provide training
- Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals
- Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance
- Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments
- Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a HR/Training Manager preferably in the IT Sector
- Experience in designing compensation and benefits packages
- Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
- Excellent analytical and team management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Refined ability to delegate responsibilities and provide leadership and training to key personnel
- Possession of key competencies including conflict management business negotiation organization and decisionmaking
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring coaching onthejob or in classroom training elearning workshops simulations etc)

Education
