Job Description

  • Monitor internal HR systems and databases
  • Addressing any employee relations issues
  • Overseeing the hiring process which includes coordinating job posts reviewing resumes and performing reference checks
  • Help the organization remain legally compliant
  • Designing HR Policies compensation and benefits package
  • Supporting all functions of the business to work together
  • Delegate responsibilities and provide training
  • Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals
  • Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance
  • Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments
  • Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs


Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a HR/Training Manager preferably in the IT Sector
  • Experience in designing compensation and benefits packages
  • Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
  • Excellent analytical and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Refined ability to delegate responsibilities and provide leadership and training to key personnel
  • Possession of key competencies including conflict management business negotiation organization and decisionmaking
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring coaching onthejob or in classroom training elearning workshops simulations etc)


*People Management/Recruitment/ Employee relations *Upgrading Policies & Processes*Identifying training needs by consulting managers *Knowledge into Performance Management System/processes is a must *Support HR operations *Experience on HRMS softwares

Education

*Experience as HR/Training Manager *Preferably in IT Sector *Experience in designing& executing training programs *Excellent analytical& leadership skills *Excellent interpersonal skills,problem solving
