The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes ensure compliance with labor laws and foster a positive work environment to enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company s goals.
- Coordinate for managing compliances
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee payroll benefits administration and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Create and enforce company policies to ensure a fair and consistent workplace.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive organizational culture.
- Monitor and improve performance appraisal systems and processes.
- Manage employee relations addressing grievances and resolving workplace conflicts.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and other statutory regulations.
- Collaborate with management to forecast and plan workforce requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
5 years of proven experience in an HR role preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws HR best practices and industrial relations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in HR software and payroll management systems.
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Strategic thinker with problemsolving skills.
