Responsibilities
- Conduct highvolume outbound calls (200 daily) to potential clients introducing our client s innovative products and services
- Engage decisionmakers with compelling pitches generating interest in our offerings and uncovering business opportunities
- Qualify leads meticulously assessing their revenue potential and fit with our client s solutions
- Schedule appointments for the sales team ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the CRM system capturing key information from each interaction
- Perform strategic followups via phone email or SMS to nurture leads and keep prospects engaged
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for appointments set and lead qualification
- Collaborate closely with the existing sales team to understand their needs and preferences ensuring highquality lead handoffs
- Adapt quickly to evolving script requirements and product knowledge updates staying at the forefront of our client s offerings
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of outreach strategies and lead generation processes
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills in English with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Proven track record in cold calling telemarketing or appointment setting demonstrating a history of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and a keen eye for maintaining detailed accurate records
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Resilient and positive attitude with the mental agility to handle objections and turn rejections into learning opportunities
