Role Overview
The PreConstruction Manager will be responsible for assisting the preconstruction team with projects new to the pipeline creating tender programme and preconstruction paperwork. Assisting with tendering and client communications

Skills & Experience
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software.
Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
